The Fraser Valley Philatelic Club meets typically on the second Tuesday of each month, except July and August.
Next Meeting
- Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chances Casino, 30835 Peardonville Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T 6K2.
October and later meetings: we expect to meet at 6:00 PM in the school library at W.J. Mouat Secondary School, 32355 Mouat Drive, Abbotsford, BC, once the school board approves our booking. Dates will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed.
At each meeting, there is active trading as well as a silent auction and a buy board with lots submitted by members.
The Sept. 8 meeting at the Chances Casino follows this same format, fitted to the 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM window.
At the regular evening meetings, people start arriving at 6:00 PM, the table (silent) auction closes at 7:30 PM, then we have a short business meeting after that.
At the November meeting, there is an annual call auction with approximately 100 lots varying in value from $5 to $250.
