The short version. We are a volunteer stamp club, not a business. This website has no forms, sets no cookies, shows no advertising, and we do not sell or share anyone's details.

This site collects nothing from you

There is no contact form, no sign-up box and no newsletter field anywhere on this website. If you want to reach the club you email or phone a person directly, which means what you send sits in an ordinary inbox rather than in a system attached to this site.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It was chosen because it is privacy-preserving: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you to other websites and does not build a profile of you. We see aggregate counts, never individuals. That is also why this site has no cookie banner – there is nothing to consent to.

Contact details shown on this site

Some pages list a club officer's name, email address or phone number so you can get in touch. Those are published with their agreement. If you are an officer and would like your details changed or removed, say so and we will do it.

Fonts and links out

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives a request from your browser for those font files. We also link to other clubs and societies; once you follow a link, that site's own privacy practices apply, not ours.

Email randalltodd755@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, and remove it if you want.
